We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) for our finance and accounting department in Husum.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will prepare the annual financial statements of various companies in the subgroup and support the consolidated financial statements team in preparing the consolidated financial statements of the PNE Group
  • You are the contact person for auditors, tax consultants and external accountants for various individual financial statements
  • You will also be the contact person for various internal accounting enquiries and business analyses
  • You will support tax consultants and external accountants in the preparation of interim financial statements during the year and the annual financial statements of foreign subsidiaries
  • Your area of responsibility will include maintaining, converting and checking reporting packages and you will be entrusted with the independent checking and account assignment of current business transactions
  • In cooperation with Controlling, you will check the changes in inventory on a quarterly basis.
  • You will provide support with accounting issues in connection with project sales (due diligence)

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in economics or have completed further training as an accountant
  • You have at least three years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international company
  • You have very good communication skills in both German and English
  • You work independently and conscientiously 
  • You are highly committed and motivated and enjoy working in a team
  • You are keen to develop new ideas for processes and workflows and to play an active role in shaping the accounting department
  • You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and are very familiar with Dynamics 365 Business Central
