For our Project Development Onshore International team, we are looking for a Business Controller / Financial Planning Analyst at our Hamburg location as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS

You prepare and comment on monthly reports, conduct variance analyses, and prepare management reviews.
You actively participate in business planning, forecasting processes, and quarterly previews.
By analyzing revenue and cost developments as well as order backlogs, you create transparency for informed decisions.
You support the department and division management with financial questions.
You continuously develop reports, dashboards, and relevant KPIs, for example, using Power BI.
You contribute to projects, such as BI initiatives, tool implementations, or special topics like M&A or integrations.
You actively shape FP&A processes and strengthen our function as an internal support and control unit.
You work closely with our international colleagues and the staff team in Hamburg.

YOUR PROFILE

You have several years of professional experience in business controlling or as a business analyst.
You understand financial relationships – especially regarding cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet logic – and maintain an overview even when calculating project profitability.
You have experience working with revenue and order data and are characterized by strong analytical skills.
You are proficient in Excel; initial experience with BI tools like Power BI or MS Fabric is an advantage.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You impress with quick comprehension, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work confidently under pressure.
You work in a structured manner, bring team spirit and clear communication, and are characterized by proactive action.
