We are looking for reinforcement for the Controlling Team in the area of Business Partnering in Cuxhaven, Hamburg, Husum, or Bremen.
YOUR TASKS
- You will work as a business sparring partner closely with the local, regional, and international teams of the business units Project Development, Power Generation, and/or Services to monitor the business strategy and ensure sustainable growth.
- You will be the first point of contact / "Face to internal Customer" for the operational business units for all controlling topics. In particular, you will act as a sparring partner for content-related questions in planning and forecasting.
- Your tasks include analyzing and evaluating business development and deriving targeted recommendations for action to optimize results as part of performance reviews.
- You will support ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and the preparation of business cases.
- Critically assessing your work results to ensure data-driven decision-making is also an integral part of your activities.
- You will create profitability analyses and scenarios to evaluate and derive measures for efficiency improvement.
- You will proactively develop business controlling further in terms of new topics, methods, tools, and process optimizations.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Partner in Controlling in an internationally operating company.
- You are proficient in using MS Office and Teams; experience with Lucanet, Jedox, and Power BI is advantageous.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Team orientation as well as an independent and structured way of working characterize you.
- You enjoy new challenges and respond flexibly and quickly to changing requirements.
- You have a high level of commitment and enjoy teamwork.
