We are looking for you to strengthen our Controlling Team in the area of Business Partnering at our location in Cuxhaven, Husum, or Hamburg, in full-time or part-time.

YOUR TASKS

You work as a business sparring partner closely with the national and international teams of the business areas Project Development, Power Generation, and Services to monitor the business strategy and ensure sustainable growth
As the central contact person ("Face to internal Customer") for controlling topics, you support the operational business areas, particularly in planning, forecasting, and preparing well-founded decision-making bases
You analyze and evaluate business development and derive targeted recommendations for action to optimize results within the framework of KPI-driven performance reviews
You support ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and the creation of business cases, critically questioning relevant assumptions, data, and results
Additionally, you proactively drive the further development of Business Partner Controlling, particularly regarding collaboration, methods, tools, and processes, and ideally bring experience and interest in developing your own Power BI solutions

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience as a Business Partner in Controlling or a comparable position, ideally in an internationally operating company
You are proficient in MS Office and Power BI; experience with Lucanet and Jedox is an advantage
You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
