We are looking for support for our construction management team in Cuxhaven.

YOUR TASKS

  • You take over the overall technical project management in the areas of road and foundation construction, cable construction, compensatory measures, as well as assembly and commissioning of wind turbines.
  • You create project schedules.
  • You are responsible for the technical planning, tendering, billing, and acceptance of construction services.
  • You document projects and construction activities for our wind energy projects domestically or abroad.
  • You review invoices and carry out acceptances with executing companies.
  • You obtain permits for road, water, and pipeline crossings.
  • You take on construction supervision.
  • You maintain close contact with national and international partners and customers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or further training as a state-certified construction technician.
  • You bring experience in construction management for wind power construction projects within Germany.
  • You have knowledge in the field of foundation engineering and soil mechanics.
  • You possess expertise in civil engineering/special civil engineering in reinforced concrete foundation construction and mass concrete.
  • You bring experience in the use of geosynthetics in road and path construction.
  • You are familiar with VOB / A-C as well as the corresponding DIN standards and regulations.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and ORCA-AVA.
  • A qualification as a safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) according to RAB 30 Annex B and C is desirable.
  • You have experience in handling building permit procedures.
  • You have good German language skills.
