To further develop our Internal Audit in Cuxhaven, Bremen, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, or Husum, we are looking for a committed and motivated employee (m/f/d).
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits, thereby ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines.
- You support the structural development and optimization of internal audit processes and actively shape the development of our audit strategy.
- In your role as a staff position for "Internal Audit," you develop targeted recommendations for departments to make business processes more efficient and minimize potential risks.
- You are responsible for regular reporting to the board and supervisory board, ensuring that all relevant information is communicated transparently and promptly.
- You have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and creatively and independently shape internal auditing. At the same time, you benefit from collaboration with external auditors and receive support for your professional and personal development.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a completed university degree in economics, law, or a comparable field.
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in internal auditing, ideally in an industrial and/or corporate environment.
- Additional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE, or CPA are advantageous.
- You possess strong analytical skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have excellent judgment and decision-making abilities as well as a good understanding of processes.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain complex issues clearly in both German and English.
- You have experience using digital tools for internal auditing.
- Your profile is rounded off by initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
