We are looking for you to strengthen our HR team at our locations in Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, or Bremen.

YOUR TASKS

You create regular HR reports, ad-hoc analyses, and board-ready presentations based on available HR data.
You independently conduct personnel planning in close coordination with HR management and controlling.
You identify optimization potentials and actively drive the further development of HR controlling regarding new topics, methods, and processes.
Additionally, you support the conceptual development and enhancement of HR controlling tools in collaboration with HR management and the IT department.
You analyze and evaluate the development of the HR department and derive concrete recommendations for action to improve HR performance.
You work closely with our international subsidiaries regarding the provision of salary and master data.
Furthermore, you actively contribute to operational and strategic projects within the HR department.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education, ideally with further training in the HR field.
You have several years of professional experience in HR controlling.
Enthusiasm for HR topics and a holistic perspective beyond pure controlling characterize you.
Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and proactivity in actively shaping and improving processes complement your profile.
You are communicative, flexible, and enjoy working with interfaces.
You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
