We are looking for you to strengthen our HR team at our locations in Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, or Bremen.
YOUR TASKS
- You create regular HR reports, ad-hoc analyses, and board-ready presentations based on available HR data.
- You independently conduct personnel planning in close coordination with HR management and controlling.
- You identify optimization potentials and actively drive the further development of HR controlling regarding new topics, methods, and processes.
- Additionally, you support the conceptual development and enhancement of HR controlling tools in collaboration with HR management and the IT department.
- You analyze and evaluate the development of the HR department and derive concrete recommendations for action to improve HR performance.
- You work closely with our international subsidiaries regarding the provision of salary and master data.
- Furthermore, you actively contribute to operational and strategic projects within the HR department.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education, ideally with further training in the HR field.
- You have several years of professional experience in HR controlling.
- Enthusiasm for HR topics and a holistic perspective beyond pure controlling characterize you.
- Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and proactivity in actively shaping and improving processes complement your profile.
- You are communicative, flexible, and enjoy working with interfaces.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
