YOUR TASKS
- Your tasks include preparing, drafting, and, if necessary, adjusting various types of contracts, both independently and as part of a project team.
- You will handle correspondence with property owners, notaries, and authorities.
- Your responsibilities include researching ownership details.
- You will independently create and maintain overview tables.
- You are responsible for reviewing land register entries and drafting easement documents, including subordination agreements.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a legal or notary assistant or have completed commercial training.
- Ideally, you already have initial experience in contract management or possess a good understanding of texts.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, MS Teams, etc.).
- You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner.
- You have strong communication skills and organizational talent.
