YOUR TASKS
- You will handle general administrative and assistant tasks such as travel planning, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- You will actively support the Construction Management team in day-to-day operations and take ownership of coordinating key activities within our construction projects.
- You will coordinate alignments between site management, authorities, and contractors and act as a central point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders.
- You will ensure a smooth flow of information between all parties involved, independently gather relevant project information, and communicate proactively on ongoing topics.
- You will plan, coordinate, and monitor project-related schedules, deadlines, permits, and processes across all project phases.
- You will support site management in the operational coordination of construction activities and coordinate involved trades, service providers, and experts.
- You will identify interface and coordination issues in the project environment, clarify open topics proactively, and develop pragmatic solutions independently.
- You will prepare project-specific and site-related processes, support project phase transitions (e.g., final acceptances), and track tasks and decisions through to completion.
- You will create project documentation, minutes, and reports, maintain project schedules, and support the structuring and optimization of administrative processes within Construction Management.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a construction-related environment (e.g., construction companies, engineering firms, or technical project environments).
- You have solid knowledge of MS 365 (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project, and PowerPoint).
- You enjoy working in a team, take ownership of your tasks, and demonstrate a structured, proactive, and independent way of working.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills and feel confident interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally, you have a good command of English.
