We are looking for you to strengthen our Legal Team at our locations in Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, or fully remote.

YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for legal advice in the planning and implementation of renewable energy generation facilities, particularly wind energy and photovoltaic ground-mounted systems
In your role, you are involved in the entire value chain, from selecting suitable site areas, the approval process, financing, to sales
Your tasks include independently handling legal issues related to emission control law, construction law, administrative law, species and nature conservation law, and spatial planning law
Your responsibilities also include legal support for emission control and construction law approval procedures as well as any associated legal remedy procedures
You work closely with various departments within the corporate group

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a degree in law
You have professional experience in legal practice, ideally in a law firm, a construction, environmental, or emission control authority, or in the industry
You bring knowledge in the field of renewable energy, have experience in emission control approval procedures, and are capable of asserting the company's interests
You possess excellent communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders and have an entrepreneurial mindset
You work precisely without losing sight of the essentials and have a strong sense of urgency
