To strengthen our department 'Finance Structuring and Project Finance National,' we are looking for a Senior Specialist Project Finance (m/f/d) at our locations in Cuxhaven, Hamburg, or Husum.

YOUR TASKS

As a Senior Specialist Project Finance, you independently manage the financing process for our wind, PV, and/or BESS projects.
You support the structuring of projects and prepare financing-related documents and information for banks.
You create and optimize profitability calculations, including investment, operational, and financing cost analyses.
You take responsibility for reviewing and negotiating project and financing contracts.
You coordinate cross-departmental processes in the context of project financing up to the closing of the financing.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification in banking, real estate/industrial companies, or auditing firms.
You bring extensive professional experience in a similar role and have experience with financing processes in the renewable energy sector or comparable markets.
You demonstrate a strong commitment, enjoy teamwork, and have excellent communication skills.
You have a quick grasp of complex topics, think analytically and entrepreneurially, and work in a solution-oriented manner.
You possess excellent written and spoken German skills. English skills are an advantage.
You are enthusiastic about new challenges and can respond quickly and flexibly to changing requirements.
