We are looking for support in our project development team for our location in Cuxhaven.

YOUR TASKS

Your area of responsibility is the acquisition of suitable land for the planning, construction, and commissioning of wind turbines in close collaboration with the responsible project manager. The area of operation includes Northern Germany, primarily focusing on Lower Saxony.

Establishing contact and conducting negotiations with landowners, tenants, and municipal representatives
Concluding usage agreements and supporting landowners after contract completion
Presenting wind farm plans at landowner meetings and, among others, at on-site meetings with authorities, municipalities, and communities
Building a personal network with decision-makers in politics and administration
Creating land lease models and maintaining lease tables
Documenting achieved results

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Ideally, professional experience in this or a similar field – we are happy to support career changers from real estate, sales, or similar backgrounds
Confident and professional demeanor, negotiation skills, and a good sense for different conversation partners
Independent and results-oriented working style
Excellent German language skills
Willingness to travel
Driver's license class B (3)
