YOUR TASKS
Your area of responsibility will be the acquisition of suitable sites for the planning, construction and commissioning of wind farms in close co-operation with the responsible project manager. The area of operation covers northern Germany, focussing primarily on Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt.
- Your tasks include establishing contacts and conducting negotiations with landowners, tenants and community representatives
- You will be responsible for concluding utilisation agreements and supporting landowners after the agreement has been concluded
- You will also be responsible for presenting wind farm planning at landowner meetings and on-site meetings with authorities, municipalities and local authorities
- You will build up a personal network with decision-makers from politics and administration
- Your tasks will also include creating land lease models and maintaining lease tables
- You will be responsible for documenting the results achieved
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have professional experience in this or a comparable field. We are happy to support career changers from the fields of real estate, sales or a similar background
- You are characterised by a confident and serious manner, negotiating skills and a good instinct for different dialogue partners
- You work independently and are results-orientated
- You have a very good command of German
- You are willing to travel and have a class B (3) driving licence
