We are looking for support in project development for our location in Husum.

YOUR TASKS

Your area of responsibility will be the acquisition of suitable sites for the planning, construction and commissioning of wind farms in close co-operation with the responsible project manager. The area of operation covers northern Germany, focussing primarily on Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt.

Your tasks include establishing contacts and conducting negotiations with landowners, tenants and community representatives
You will be responsible for concluding utilisation agreements and supporting landowners after the agreement has been concluded
You will also be responsible for presenting wind farm planning at landowner meetings and on-site meetings with authorities, municipalities and local authorities
You will build up a personal network with decision-makers from politics and administration
Your tasks will also include creating land lease models and maintaining lease tables
You will be responsible for documenting the results achieved

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have professional experience in this or a comparable field. We are happy to support career changers from the fields of real estate, sales or a similar background
You are characterised by a confident and serious manner, negotiating skills and a good instinct for different dialogue partners
You work independently and are results-orientated
You have a very good command of German.
You are willing to travel and have a class B (3) driving licence
