YOUR TASKS
- Administer and further develop our Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Own the operation and monitoring of all relevant interfaces (TMS, e-banking, ERP) and ensure stable, secure data flows.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, including approval workflows and access rights.
- Ensure high data quality in the TMS, provide 1st and 2nd level support, and analyze technical issues with IT and external partners.
- Identify optimization and automation opportunities, support system enhancements and upgrades, and document processes and interfaces.
- Manage internal and external loans as well as guarantees, maintain master data, and monitor credit lines, maturities, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in a treasury environment and familiarity with TMS solutions such as Nomentia, Kyriba, or SAP Treasury.
- Knowledge of electronic banking and bank communication formats (e.g. EBICS, SWIFT) and understanding of access and security concepts.
- Strong analytical skills, high system affinity, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Structured and reliable working style, confident communication with treasury, IT, and banking partners, and an interest in digital solutions.
- Very good German and English skills, strong Excel skills, and technical understanding of API-, EBICS-, and CSV-based data flows.
