We are looking for an Executive Board Assistant (m/f/d) to support the Executive Board in a varied and interesting area of responsibility at our Cuxhaven location, starting as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS

  • Your responsibilities will include general assistance tasks (e.g. correspondence in German and English, taking meeting notes, filing, reporting, writing from dictation, etc.) for the Management Board/COO.
  • Your tasks will include the organisation and coordination of meetings and appointments, including preparation and follow-up work.
  • You are the interface for internal and external business and project partners of the PNE Group in Germany and abroad.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing and creating reports and presentations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or comparable apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in the field of assistance or a similar position
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills, another foreign language is an advantage
  • You are proficient in all common MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and can use them efficiently for yourself
  • You also enjoy working with digital processes on a daily basis in an international, interesting and varied corporate environment
  • You enjoy working independently, coordinating and organising in a versatile and responsible position
