We are looking for you to strengthen our Procurement Team at our locations in Hamburg, Husum, or Cuxhaven.

YOUR TASKS

  • As a Commercial Procurement Manager, you are responsible for the commercial tasks in international procurement regarding the CapEx of wind turbines, substations, and photovoltaic systems.
  • You analyze offers, create competitive comparisons, determine the optimal product selection, evaluate project profitability, and develop optimization proposals (Value Engineering).
  • You are responsible for procurement tools, conduct profitability calculations, and actively shape the digitalization of procurement processes.
  • In contract negotiations for wind turbines and maintenance contracts, you set commercial standards and either support negotiations or independently handle contract negotiations.
  • You are responsible for transparent reporting in procurement and use market analyses to determine suitable benchmarks and decision templates for the board.
  • In cross-functional projects, you drive procurement processes forward and ensure adherence to milestones and schedules.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of professional experience in procurement or controlling, preferably in the field of renewable energies, is ideal.
  • You have a degree in economics, energy technology, industrial engineering, a technical degree, or a comparable commercial education with relevant additional qualifications.
  • You possess excellent numerical understanding and strong analytical skills.
  • Very good Excel skills as well as knowledge in Power BI, MS Access, or Business Central complement your profile.
  • Experience in the digitalization of processes is desirable, and ideally, you already have experience in this area.
  • You are assertive, have negotiation skills, and possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
