YOUR TASKS
- As a Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, you will take care of our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- With your extensive expertise, you will act as a contact person, advising employees and managers comprehensively on various HR topics, particularly in the areas of personnel support and recruiting.
- In close collaboration with our internal departments, you will ensure a targeted recruiting process, from creating job advertisements to hiring.
- You will identify suitable search strategies, including the use of social media and other online channels, and manage target group-specific recruiting campaigns.
- As part of the personnel selection process, you will evaluate application documents, make a qualified pre-selection, and conduct interviews.
- To ensure a positive candidate experience, you will be our face to the outside world and will be responsible for friendly and reliable applicant communication throughout the entire process.
- Additionally, you will drive the further development of our HR department and actively contribute to the implementation of internal HR projects and the optimization of HR processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- You have practical experience in recruiting as well as in the personnel support of employees and managers.
- You enjoy working digitally and are familiar with common HR tools, applicant management systems, and various career platforms.
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as empathy and a professional demeanor.
- You are fluent in German and English at a professional level.
