YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for identifying and securing suitable locations
- You assess potential locations regarding planning law, approval feasibility, construction and operation of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems and battery storage systems
- Presentations and contract negotiations with landowners, authorities, municipalities, farmers, and other project participants are part of your tasks
- You initiate and conduct approval procedures
- You research and procure ownership data
- You build a network with decision-makers
- You take proactive contact with property owners, authorities, and municipalities
- Your tasks also include organizing and presenting photovoltaic and storage projects at on-site meetings
- You research and create potential analyses for areas and optimize layouts
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree with a focus in economics, engineering, planning, law, geography, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of relevant professional experience in project development within the field of photovoltaics or wind energy - ideally covering all project phases, from site acquisition to permitting.
- You have in-depth knowledge of renewable energy, particularly in the legal and planning context of PV or wind projects, and you have experience with land and property-related matters.
- You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner, and you are able to maintain oversight even in complex projects.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally and possess strong negotiation skills as well as a keen sense for dealing with different stakeholders.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel occasionally.
