We are looking to strengthen our legal team in Hamburg, Husum, Cuxhaven, Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Leipzig or Würzburg.

YOUR TASKS

You will be responsible for the design and drafting of contracts (mainly in German, partly in English)
You will be involved in the entire value chain from project structuring, site securing, financing, purchasing and sales
Your tasks will include the independent preparation, support and implementation of contract negotiations
Your area of responsibility will include the review and implementation of regulatory requirements in the field of renewable energies
You will work together with various departments within the Group

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a degree in law and have professional experience in legal practice (preferably in a law firm, a building, environmental or immission control authority and/or in industry)
You have knowledge in the field of renewable energies
You have very good communication skills in dealing with various interest groups, an entrepreneurial mindset and a good commercial understanding
You have experience in (contract) negotiations and are able to represent the interests of the company
You work precisely without losing sight of the essentials and have a strong sense of urgency
